AI Consulting & Integration for Organizations
goHere® is your organization's fractional AI executive. Since 2017 we've analyzed, designed, and implemented the technology behind elite organizations — and today that means picking the AI use cases that actually pay, building them inside the systems you already run, and staying on as the team that operates them. Your people get hours back. Your customers still get people.
Why AI Stalls
Most organizations have already tried AI — a chatbot pilot, a few licenses, a vendor demo that impressed the board. What's rare is AI woven into how work actually gets done: clean data underneath, clear ownership on top, and people trained to work alongside it. The gap almost always comes down to one of four things.
Shadow AI on personal accounts, three tools doing the same job, licenses nobody opens — and no one accountable for whether any of it moved a number.
The model is fine. The CRM, the accounting system, the documents, and the spreadsheets don't talk to each other — so the AI can't either, and every answer needs a person to check three places.
Nobody owns the decisions, the risk, the data policy, or the budget. Pilots live in one department and die there. Without an owner, nothing scales.
The plan is whatever the last salesperson pitched, and the demo always looked better than the rollout. The tool picks the problem instead of the other way around.
MIT's 2025 study of generative-AI adoption found the failure point is rarely the model — it's integration into real workflows, and the absence of anyone accountable for outcomes after the pilot. That gap is the job we exist to close.
What a Fractional AI Executive Does
The role a Chief AI Officer plays at a Fortune 500 — scoped to your organization, without the full-time seat. Strategy, governance, delivery, foundations, enablement, and operations, owned by one accountable team.
Every function assessed — systems, data flow, staff time, what people are already doing on their own. Every candidate use case scored on ROI using your own numbers, not a vendor's slide. The result is a roadmap leadership approves, tied to outcomes you can measure a quarter later.
Deliverable: a scored, sequenced roadmap in about six weeksClear ownership, an acceptable-use and data-handling policy, vendor terms reviewed, and a decision process for what gets built next. Guardrails your board can adopt — so teams move faster because the rules are clear, not in spite of them.
Deliverable: an AI policy and operating model your board can adoptWe build the winners inside your real workflows, one sprint at a time — assistants, agents, automations, integrations, reporting — validated with the people who will use them, in the systems they already open every morning.
Individual systems live in 30–90 daysAI-ready data, the right model providers for each job, a secure governed workspace instead of shadow accounts, and the connections between your systems — built once and reused, so the second use case costs a fraction of the first.
Build the plumbing once; every later use case rides on itRole-by-role training, written playbooks, and standing office hours. Adoption is the metric we manage to — a tool your people don't use is a cost, not an asset.
Training is included in every engagement, never an add-onWe stay on after go-live: monitoring, tuning, model and vendor oversight, and results reported to leadership every quarter. The same team that recommended it builds it — and runs it.
One-year engagements; renewal is earned by resultsWhat the Evidence Says
Agents working with an AI assistant handled more issues per hour — and the least-experienced staff improved the most, closing much of the gap to veterans in months instead of years.
A controlled study of 758 consultants: with AI, tasks inside its capability were finished faster, more of them were completed, and reviewers rated the output markedly higher.
One global retailer's AI assistant took on two-thirds of service conversations in its first month, cut resolution time by more than 80%, and left the harder cases to people.
Engineers using an AI pair-programmer finished a standard coding task in roughly half the time — the same pattern we see in drafting, analysis, and reporting roles.
The aggregate effect of well-integrated operations automation — hours that go back to customers, members, and clients instead of admin.

Vendor-Neutral by Design
We don't resell software and we don't take commissions. We choose the model, the platform, and the tools that fit each job — then configure, integrate, and govern them inside your existing stack.

Running something else? Good — vendor selection is part of the work, and our only revenue is your fee.
Where We Work
Dedicated programs for country clubs, golf courses, and hotels, resorts and restaurant groups, and political campaigns, and crypto and blockchain teams — and the same playbook for every other organization: assess, build inside what you run, stay to operate it.
Every department from the front desk to the fairway — with members still greeted by people.
From the tee sheet to the turf — private, daily-fee, municipal and resort golf.
Property-level results without waiting for the brand's roadmap.
Reach every voter and get every fact right — through Election Day, with a written AI policy.
We develop and integrate — for crypto-native teams and companies entering crypto.
The playbook is the same — assess, build inside what you run, stay to operate it. The use cases change with the room you're in.
Your Fractional AI Executive
Large enterprises hire a Chief AI Officer. Your organization needs one without the full-time seat. That's the role we fill — and it's why our engagements are typically structured as one-year retainers: the same team that maps the strategy implements it, then stays to maintain, measure, and optimize what it built.
Assess
Every function reviewed — systems, data flow, staff time, shadow AI. The opening weeks end in a roadmap your leadership approves, with ROI math built on your own numbers.
Implement
The highest-value systems, built and integrated one sprint at a time inside the platforms you already run, with your people trained team by team.
Optimize
Monitoring, tuning, vendor oversight, staff office hours, and results reported to leadership quarterly through the end of the year. Renewal is earned by results, not written into the contract.
Common Questions
It means you get the function of a Chief AI Officer — strategy, governance, vendor decisions, delivery oversight, and accountability for results — on a part-time, fixed-fee basis, backed by a team that does the building. You get the seat at the leadership table without the full-time salary, and the implementation capacity without hiring a department.
Both — that's the point. The engagement opens with pure strategy: every function assessed, every candidate scored by ROI, build-vs-buy decided on your numbers. Then the same team implements the winners, trains your people, and stays to run what it built. No handoff from a strategy deck to a bench you've never met.
With the problem, not the tool. The best first use cases are where decisions are slow, work is manual and repetitive, or better data would obviously change an outcome — and where a win will be visible to leadership within a quarter. The assessment exists to find those, score them, and sequence them so early wins fund the harder ones.
Almost never. We build on top of what you run — your CRM, your accounting platform, your email and documents, your industry-specific software. Ripping out core systems is expensive and rarely necessary; most of the value is in connecting and automating what's already there.
Governance is the second deliverable, not an afterthought. We set up a managed workspace so your data isn't flowing through personal accounts, select providers on enterprise terms where your data isn't used for training, define what may and may not be shared with which systems, and write it into a policy your board can adopt. Where AI is customer-facing, it's disclosed, and anything sensitive routes to a person.
Whichever fits the job. We're vendor-neutral — no resale, no commissions — so we can put a frontier model behind one workflow, an inexpensive one behind another, and a plain rules-based automation where AI isn't needed at all. Vendor selection is part of the work, and our only revenue is your fee.
The assessment runs about six weeks, and individual systems deploy in 30–90 days depending on integrations. Most organizations have their first production system running inside the first quarter, with the rest of the roadmap sequenced across the year.
Typically a one-year retainer with a fixed monthly fee, scoped to your organization's size and roadmap: assessment in the opening weeks, implementation through the middle of the year, and managed operations with quarterly reporting through the end. Renewal is earned by results. Shorter assessment-only engagements are available when you need a roadmap before committing further.
