AI Consulting for Hospitality
AI consulting for hospitality —
hotels, resorts & restaurant groups.
goHere® is your property's fractional AI executive. Since 2017 we've analyzed, designed, and implemented the technology behind elite hospitality operations — and today that means guest communications that never miss a call, pricing that follows demand, kitchens that forecast their own covers, and a back office that reports itself. Your team gets hours back. Your guests still get people.
The Short Answer
What does AI consulting for hospitality actually include?
AI consulting for hospitality is the work of assessing a hotel, resort, or restaurant group department by department — guest communications, revenue, food and beverage, housekeeping and maintenance, and administration — choosing the AI tools and workflows that pay off in each, connecting them to the PMS, POS, and revenue systems already in place, training the team, and operating the result. goHere® delivers it as a fractional AI executive: one accountable team that sets the strategy, builds it, and stays on to run it, on a one-year engagement.
It works at the property level, not the brand level — for independents, management companies, and franchised hotels that need results their corporate roadmap won't deliver this year.
- Department-by-department assessment scored on ROI
- AI voice and guest messaging, with staff on anything personal
- Revenue management and demand-based pricing, integrated with the PMS
- F&B forecasting, purchasing and waste intelligence from your own POS
- Housekeeping and maintenance triage, dispatch and predictive upkeep
- Owner and brand reporting, plus a governed AI workspace for staff
Where We Deploy AI
Six places AI pays off in a hotel or resort.
The assessment scores each of these on your own numbers — occupancy, ADR, covers, labor — then we implement in the order that funds the next step.
Guest communications & AI voice
AI voice and messaging answer every call and text — availability, rates, reservations, changes, directions, amenities — and hand anything personal to your staff with full context. Pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay messages go out in your brand's voice from a knowledge base you approve.
Canary Technologies: 40% of front-desk calls otherwise go unanswered; AI voice answers 100% and handles 80%+ of guest interactionsRevenue management & pricing
Demand forecasting and dynamic pricing integrated with the PMS, group and event evaluation, and channel analytics — set to your comp set and your positioning, reviewed by a person who knows the market.
Duetto case studies: RevPAR +8% at Graduate Hotels, +7.6% at Grupo Posadas, +12% at Wharf HotelsF&B forecasting & waste
Cover and prep forecasting from your own POS history, AI-assisted purchasing, waste measurement in the kitchen, and menu engineering from what guests actually order across outlets and banquets.
Winnow: food waste −42% within six months (50%+ long-term) and food costs −2–8% at Hilton, Accor, Mandarin Oriental and Royalton propertiesHousekeeping, maintenance & operations
Work orders triaged, prioritized, and dispatched automatically; room-status and turn-time intelligence; predictive maintenance on the plant; and energy management that follows occupancy.
Tickets routed by urgency and skill in seconds — staff see priorities, not inboxesUpsell & ancillary revenue
Room upgrades, late checkout, dining, spa, and experiences offered at the right moment — pre-arrival, at check-in, and in-stay — with a person handling anything bespoke.
Offers timed to arrival, stay and departure from data the PMS already holdsBack office, reporting & governance
Daily flash and owner reporting assembled automatically, P&L commentary drafted for review, HR and scheduling support, and a governed AI workspace instead of shadow AI on personal accounts — with a policy your owners and brand can sign off.

Your Fractional AI Executive
How does a fractional AI executive engagement run?
Brands have a technology division. Your property needs its own AI executive without the full-time seat. That's the role we fill — and it's why engagements are typically one-year retainers: the same team that maps the strategy implements it, then stays to maintain, measure, and optimize what it built.
Assess · weeks 1–6
We learn your property before we change it
PMS, POS, revenue system, outlets, housekeeping and maintenance flow, staffing, and what people are already doing on their own. The opening weeks end in a roadmap ownership approves, with ROI math built on your occupancy, ADR, covers, and labor.
Implement · months 2–8
The same team builds what it recommended
The highest-value systems, built and integrated one sprint at a time inside the PMS and POS you already run, with front office, kitchen, housekeeping, and finance trained team by team.
Optimize · through month 12
We stay to make it stick
Monitoring, tuning, vendor oversight, staff office hours, and results reported to ownership quarterly through the end of the year. Renewal is earned by results, not written into the contract.
Cost & Timeline
What does AI consulting cost for a hotel, and how long does it take?
Engagements are priced as a fixed monthly retainer scoped to the property — keys, outlets, and the roadmap — not hourly, and never a percentage of software spend, because we don't sell software. The assessment takes about six weeks; individual systems go live in 30–90 days; a full program runs twelve months with quarterly reporting to ownership. We quote after a 30-minute call, and the assessment fee is credited toward a full-year program.
Assessment & roadmap
About six weeks. Every department reviewed, every candidate scored on ROI with your own numbers, build-vs-buy decided. You leave with a sequenced roadmap whether or not we build it.
- Fixed fee, scoped on a 30-minute call
- Leadership readout and written policy draft
- Credits toward a full-year program
Full-year program
Assessment, implementation of the roadmap one sprint at a time, training for every affected team, and managed operations with quarterly results through month twelve.
- Fixed monthly retainer, sized to the property and roadmap
- First production system inside the first quarter
- Renewal earned by results, never automatic
Managed AI operations
For properties that already have systems live: monitoring, tuning, vendor oversight, staff office hours, and a quarterly report to leadership.
- Lower monthly retainer
- Named owner for everything AI
- Add sprints when the next use case is ready
Your Options
Corporate rollout vs. point vendor vs. fractional AI executive
Most properties are choosing between waiting for the brand, buying a tool, or owning the program. Here is how the three compare.
| Wait for the brand or corporate IT | Buy a point solution | goHere fractional AI executive | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fits your property | Built for the portfolio average, not your market | Solves one problem, ignores the rest | Scoped to your property, your comp set, your outlets |
| Timeline | Next fiscal year, if prioritized | Weeks to install, months to adopt | First production system inside the first quarter |
| Integration with PMS & POS | Standardized — often not to your stack | Whatever the vendor supports | Built once, reused for every later use case |
| Staff training | A brand webinar | A help center | Role-by-role training, playbooks and standing office hours |
| After go-live | A corporate ticket queue | A vendor ticket queue | Monitoring, tuning and quarterly results through month twelve |
| Accountability | Diffuse | To the license | To ownership, quarterly — renewal earned by results |
Franchised? We work inside brand standards and PIP requirements — most of what we build is staff-facing and brand-agnostic.
Common Questions
What hospitality leaders ask us first.
Do we need to replace our PMS?
No. We build on top of what you run — Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, Agilysys, Maestro and others — plus your POS and revenue system. Replacing core systems is expensive and rarely necessary; most of the value is in connecting and automating what's already there.
Will guests know they're talking to AI?
Where AI is guest-facing — the phone line, messaging — it's disclosed, and anything personal or complex routes to a person immediately. Most of what we build is staff-facing, so guests simply experience faster answers and more attentive people.
Does this work for a single independent property?
Yes — independents and small management companies are often the fastest to see results because decisions are made on property. The retainer is scoped to keys and outlets, and the first system is typically live inside the first quarter.
Can it run in our brand's voice and standards?
Yes. Every guest-facing system is tuned to a knowledge base and style guide you approve, and your team has final cut on anything that goes out. For franchised hotels we work inside brand standards; most of what we build is staff-facing and brand-agnostic.
How do you handle guest data and payment security?
Governance is the second deliverable. We set up a managed AI workspace so guest data isn't flowing through personal accounts, select providers on enterprise terms where your data isn't used for training, keep payment data inside your PCI-scoped systems, and write the rules into a policy ownership and the brand can sign off.
How fast can we go live?
The assessment runs about six weeks, and individual systems deploy in 30–90 days depending on integrations. We schedule disruptive work for shoulder season and land guest-facing wins ahead of peak.
Is this a one-time project or ongoing?
Ongoing by design: a one-year retainer in which the same team assesses, implements, and then operates what it built, reporting quarterly. An assessment-only option exists, and its fee is credited toward a full program.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly retainer scoped to the property — keys, outlets, roadmap — quoted after a 30-minute call. Never hourly, never a percentage of software spend, because we don't sell software.
Do you work with restaurant groups that have no rooms?
Yes. F&B forecasting, waste, reservations, guest messaging, and back-office reporting apply directly to multi-unit restaurant groups; the assessment simply scores outlets instead of departments.
